ONE PARK AVENUE project is a commercial and residential building located at Dubai, UAE. The project is a residential and  commercial building that consists of  of three podiums and thirty floors . Total height of the building is 110 m height.
The podium floors area is 4000 m2 each.Total post tension  area is 72000 m2. floors are post tensioned concrete slabs. The tower is supported on concrete columns and cores.
The tower was designed against gravity loads and, seismic and wind loads. . Temperature effect was also taken into consideration Scope of work was preparing design drawings,shop drawings and calculation sheets.
