Sobha Creek Vistas project is a commercial and residential building located at Dubai, UAE. The project is a residential and  commercial building that consists of twin towers of two podiums and thirty floors each. Total height of the building is 110 m height.
The podium floors area is 10000 m2 each. Total post tension area is 90,000 m2.Floors are post tensioned concrete slabs. The tower is supported on concrete columns and cores.
The tower was designed against gravity loads and, seismic and wind loads. . Temperature effect was also taken into consideration Scope of work was preparing design drawings,shop drawings and calculation sheets.
