   The project comprises the development of 4 plots with villas, townhouses, podium, 6 towers of 500 no furnished apartments each and internal roadways, landscape and utilities.A Basement extends under the Podium and Road which provides car parking amenities and MEP spaces. The completion due date is on the 30th of September 2018. The  basement  footprint area is  23000 m2. .Podium floors are typically flat slabs while all other floors are post tensioned concrete slabs. The tower is supported on concrete columns and cores. Tower foundation is a reinforced concrete pile caps.The tower was designed against gravity loads and, seismic and wind loads. The scope of work was to review the original design and perform Value engineering for the tower.
