The building is a private villa with a land plot of 1817 m2 and a foot print of 1030 m2. The building consists of basement, ground and roof floors.Slabs are mainly reinforced concrete flat slabs, supported on concrete columns.Foundations were a mix between isolated footings and raft. The scope of work was to design the whole structure taking  temperature effect as well as seismic loads into consideration and preparing design drawings calculation sheets and approval documents from the royal commission.
