   Al-Meraikhi tower is a commercial and residential build-ing located at Dubai, UAE. The project is a residential and  commercial building that consists of 2 basements and seventeen floors. Total height of the building is 68.00m height.The basement floor area is 3600 m2.Basement floors are typically flat slabs while all other floors are post tensioned concrete slabs. The tower is supported on concrete columns and cores, foundation is a reinforced concrete raft with depth ranging from (1000mm to 2100 mm).The tower was designed against gravity loads and, seismic and wind loads. Uplift forces were also investigated due to the presence of underground water on construc-tion site.The scope of work was to carry out all tender documents including design drawings,calculation sheets, specifications and bill of quantities.
